Lee Mozena

If you don't take care of your body, where will you live? *

My passion is helping women get healthy and strong. In 15 years of teaching Nia, too often I see women take care of loved ones first and themselves last.

I provide ladies-only Nia and Yoga classes for individuals, couples and small groups.  Hijabis welcome!

No men? No problem!
I believe your body is your business. I enjoy teaching gender-separated classes; and respect students whose modesty standards differ from mainstream culture.

Nia is such a great way to work out. It's gentle, yet you really sweat. There's a safe level for every body- so you can bring a friend, mother or daughter. You'll ALL enjoy the class.

The martial arts choreography in Nia makes it unique. I've studied Tae Kwon Do and believe women especially, benefit from cultivating their yang energy.  Discovering and (literally), dancing with your power in a ladies-only class is so different from taking a martial arts class with men. The punches, kicks and yells are about focus and precision on one level; working the abs and breath on another.

I also offer beginning to advanced Yoga classes at Zena Studio. Call or write to learn more.
