NiaTV!!! Wow!

Nia

Nia combines martial arts, dance arts and healing arts, such as yoga, in a workout set to world music. Nia is the art of moving the body's way; a barefoot cardio-dance workout that builds flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability in your mind, body, emotions and spirit!
