As a nurse who cares for people in all stages of life, Pauline has found that in order to care for others one must first nurture one's self. Nia allows her to nurture her mind, body, spirit, and emotions all in one place. In addition, Pauline has a special interest in sharing Nia with cancer survivors and family members to guide them through the life-changing event of a cancer diagnosis. Pauline RN, MN, OCN was first introduced to Nia in her undergraduate nursing program in 1998. To share the joy of Nia with others she became a Certified Nia Instructor in 2002 and currently holds a Black Belt Certification. Nia's focus on health has become a wonderful complement to her nursing career.
