All adults 18+ ~ all fitness levels and experience ~ are welcome to dance Nia in downtown Redmond (RSC Nia is NOT just for seniors!). The space is beautiful, inviting, light, and spacious; parking plentiful, and the student community is very warm and energetic! First class is free to try it out; wear layers, barefeet, and bring water. Monthly class fees are priced at an extremely reasonable rate range to support community access to Nia for all. Sorry, there are no drop-ins at this time, but RSC hopes to offer them in the near future ~ come dance!
