WORKSHOPS AND SPECIAL CLASSES:

Nia Demos at Lucy in Redmond Town Center Friday 9/3
With locations throughout the US, Lucy offers design fashion performance apparel that inspires athletic women. That sounds like a plug, doesn't it. That's OK because on Friday Sept 3rd at the Redmond Town Center store Lucy is plugging Nia. I'll be wearing my Lucy togs - which I look great in - and teaching three demos on the hour from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The great part is that it's FREE! Do you know someone you've wanted to introduce Nia to? This will be the opportunity. We'll have a Nia overview with some of the 52 moves followed by a 30 minute Nia class and time left for Q&A or shopping. Teachers, you're also welcome, and while you're there, sign-up for a 20% professional discount.
When: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Friday, September 3, 2010
Location: Lucy | Redmond Town Center 16527 NE 74th Ave, Redmond 98052
