This Nia class is designed for anyone seeking an easy yet lively movement class with simple to follow moves that leave you feeling vital and happy. If you’re just getting back to exercise, or have special physical limitations, try this fun and satisfying fitness class. Done to enlivening music your body can't resist dancing to and taught with an emphasis on breath, balance, and awareness of the whole self.
